what is the difference between MSRP and Retail Price? Can a dealer offer less than the quoted retail price?

MSRP is what the manufacture thinks is a good price, retail price is what the Dealer charges. A dealer can sell the car for any price they choose. They wo not sell below MSRP unless it is a sale. Always try to stay as close to the MSRP as possible. If u go in with confidence then u will not get ripped off. If u have a trade-in, let them know after u get the price for the car. They will up the price to make up for a trade. So tell them about a trade in after u have set up for a down payment & credit check.
